We regularly service and overhaul electric motors for a variety of industries and professions -  reducing the chances of critical machinery and equipment failing while also ensuring that equipment is running efficiently.

Routine maintenance can also determine whether machinery is breaking down (or headed that way) - allowing you to correct the issues before they become headaches!

ELECTRIC MOTOR OVERHAUL

Our standard Electric Motor Overhaul begins with an initial inspection and diagnosis.We then carry out electrical and mechanical testing to verify the integrity of your motor before reporting and repairing the faults where possible.

New parts are fitted where required - bearings/seals etc.

Surfaces are reengineered and machined to tolerance where required (rotor & bearing journals) 

Then we rebuild and test-run, confirm the integrity and return to customer.

We record all of the relevant datafrom the nameplate and this information is included in your final report, along with all relevant test results and certificates.
